In celebration of Louise Giovanelli’s solo exhibition Still Moving, presented by GRIMM Gallery and in conjunction with the artist’s curated screening series at Metrograph, we are pleased to present a limited edition poster series featuring Giovanelli’s paintings.
A detail of Giovanelli’s new painting MEA DOMINA is displayed here, in response to Vincent Gallo’s 1998 film Buffalo ’66.
This series is produced to resemble traditional theatrical movie posters and, as such, are printed on classic 80lb semi-gloss poster paper and machine folded into eighths. Each poster is numbered from a limitation of 200 examples each.

About the artist
Louise Giovanelli (b. 1993, London, UK) lives and works in Manchester (UK). She completed her postgraduate studies at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main (DE) with professor Amy Sillman in 2020, after having earned a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. Hons, Fine Art) at the Manchester School of Art, Manchester (UK) in 2015.
