WHERE CAN I BUY THE METROGRAPH?
The Metrograph is available to order online, at Metrograph’s Bookstore at 7 Ludlow, or from select bookstores, galleries and luxury hotels around the world, until stocks last. A list of stockists can be found here (note that this list is subject to change).
Please note, Issue 1 is sold out.
DO METROGRAPH MEMBERS GET A DISCOUNT?
Yes! The Metrograph is $25, or $20 for Members with free domestic shipping—a $13 value discount. Membership starts from as little as $5 per month, and can be canceled anytime. More information about all the benefits of becoming a Metrograph Member can be found here.
CAN I ORDER THE METROGRAPH FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
Yes, The Metrograph can be ordered from anywhere in the world.
Orders to the US ship once a week via USPS or FedEx, tracking included.
International orders ship once a week, using the best available service, depending on territory. Please note that in exceptional circumstances out of our control, delivery to certain countries may not be possible. If you encounter problems submitting your order, please send us an email.
IS LOCAL PICK-UP AN OPTION?
Yes. Copies of The Metrograph can be picked up from our 7 Ludlow theatre. You will be notified when your order is avaiable for pick-up. Please ensure that you select Local Pick-Up as an option when checking out your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COPY OF THE METROGRAPH?
We will send you an email as soon as your copy has shipped. Shipping times will depend on the recipient’s location; we usually expect the following:
US: 2-7 working days
UK, Canada, and Europe: 5-10 working days
Australia, Oceania, and Asia: 15-20 working days
South America: 20-25 working days
Please note that the above are estimates and there can be deviations depending on various circumstances out of our control, especially for international orders. In case of delays, we recommend first getting in touch with your local postal service. If they are unable to help, please send us an email.
I HAVEN’T MY COPY OF THE METROGRAPH, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please allow 25 business days from shipment date. If your order still hasn’t arrived and your local postal service is unable to track it down, please send us an email, we will look into it for you.
MY COPY OF THE METROGRAPH ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please send us an email right away, including pictures of the damaged copy and packaging. We will look into it for you and offer a solution. Note that we can only accept claims made within three months of the shipment date.
CAN I STOCK THE METROGRAPH AT MY STORE?
The Metrograph is distributed to select bookstores, galleries, arts institutions, and luxury hotels worldwide.
