Luke (Jasen Fisher) is staying at an English seaside resort with his grandmother (film director Mai Zetterling) when he stumbles upon the annual convocation of witches, presided over by the Grand High Witch (Anjelica Huston, having an absolute ball), who hatches a plan to turn England’s youth into mice and reveals a hidden face that’s the stuff nightmares are made of.
