The fourth entry in the Alien series brings Sigourney Weaver’s Lt. Ellen Ripley, last seen swan diving into a vat of molten steel, back from the Great Beyond—after a fashion, at least. Cloned from samples of extraterrestrial-contaminated DNA, Ripley 2.0 finds herself aboard the USM Auriga spaceship two centuries after her original’s death, and shortly thereafter contending with a new host of Xenomorphs, both fangsome foes and, now, blood relations.
