Emilia Pérez + Jacques Audiard Selects
Following the rapturous reception that Jacques Audiard’s genre-busting Emilia Pérez received first at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival (where it took home a Jury Prize and shared Best Actress honors for stars Zoe Saldaña, Karla Sofia Gascón, Selena Gomez, and Adriana Paz) and then with audiences the world over, Metrograph will screen a sidebar selection of films selected by Audiard that have influenced his work generally and his latest film specifically, including features by David Lynch, Robert Bresson, Gabriel Abrantes, and Josh and Benny Safdie.
Guests will have the chance to receive a printed limited edition Emilia Pérez booklet showcasing the making of the film as well as a special poster highlighting the 35mm print. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
