A face mask or covering is required for all guests at all times, except when seated in the Commissary restaurant upstairs. For any guest arriving without a mask, a disposable face mask will be provided.

Social Distancing & Capacity Limits

Guests must maintain social distance at all times in our spaces. Capacity in Theater 1 and 2 is currently 80% and Capacity in the Commissary Restaurant is 50% - these limits are set with social distancing guidelines in mind.

Contactless Ticketing

We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets online and in advance, and recommend arriving early.

Theaters & Candy Store

The Metrograph Candy Store is currently closed – this is to help ensure that masks are worn in the Theaters at all times, and that there is no eating or drinking inside the Theaters.

Commissary Restaurant

Eating and drinking is allowed only upstairs, while seated, in the designated areas of the Commissary Restaurant. Masks must be worn when leaving the restaurant – to the restrooms, lobby, and theaters.

Seating at tables and bars is intended to provide 6ft of social distance between parties.

Hand-Sanitizing & Cleaning Protocols

Hand-sanitizing stations are located throughout the space at entrances, bathrooms, and the elevator.

Seats in the Theaters and Commissary Restaurant are cleaned and disinfected after every screening and seating. Restrooms, elevators, and other high-touch areas are cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.

Air Quality & Ventilation

We have made specific improvements to overall air quality and ventilation, expanding the use of high-efficiency filters in all of our spaces. We have also upgraded all HVAC systems with UV-C Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation light filters which have been identified to be effective in eliminating microscopic particles, including Covid-19.

Metrograph Team Protocols

All team members must show proof of vaccination before starting work at Metrograph. There are no exceptions.

All team members answer a daily health screening assessment questionnaire. Anyone feeling unwell or who has come in contact with anyone testing positive for Covid-19 stays home, until they receive a negative Covid-19 test result.

Accessibility

We remain accessible to all guests. If any of our safety protocols hinder your ability to access our spaces or programming, or if there is anything we can do to make your experience more accessible, please let us know. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

Your safety and our team’s safety are Metrograph’s highest priority. We are continually adapting these protocols in line with the CDC, the WHO, and state and federal guidance. We are following the most up-to-date public health procedures but these are not an absolute protection against contracting Covid-19. Guests are assuming their own risk by entering our building. Please check this page for updates.
