CONFIDENCE
When Kata’s husband goes into hiding in WWII-era Hungary, his resistance comrades instruct her to go live with another man, Janos, and maintain the pretext that they’re husband and wife. Mutual suspicion slowly gives way to love in Szabó’s brooding, terse wartime drama, anchored by intense performances from Ildikó Bánsági and Péter Andorai.
