The last performance by Montreal folk duo the McGarrigle Sisters, Kate and Anne, to be caught on camera before Kate’s death in 2010, A Not So Silent Night is a stirring document of their beloved annual Christmas performance, in which they’re joined on stage at the Knitting Factory by the likes of Lou Reed, and Rufus and Martha Wainwright.
