Darius Khondji Images: Short Work
Q&A with Darius Khondji following the screening
An ultra-rare opportunity to see a hand-picked selection of Khondji’s bold, eclectic, and altogether remarkable short-form work on the big screen, this program brings together the trailblazing music videos that Khondji shot for such artists as Madonna, Vanessa Paradis, and Jay-Z, as well as pieces representing his fertile, boundary-defying creative collaborations with two of the 21stcentury’s premiere multimedia artists, the French-Algerian Philippe Parreno and the Iranian-American Shirin Neshat. A unique and exhilarating look at little-seen facets of this thrillingly multi-sided career.
